About Us
Bars Bakery is a family-owned local business run by the founder and previous owner of Swede Hollow Café, Sandi Younkin, and her daughter, Kara Younkin Viswanathan. True to their Minnesotan roots, they saw possibility and versatility in the humble bar, and decided to celebrate the bar by using local and organic ingredients whenever possible.
